Love One Another
Love is more than a feeling. It is the visible evidence of a life transformed by Christ. This reflection explores why genuine love, presence, and relationship remain at the heart of both discipleship and outreach.
The Choices We Never Had to Make
It’s easy to look at someone’s life and assume we would have made different choices. But what if we don’t know the circumstances they faced? A reflection on compassion, humility, and seeing people the way Jesus did.
Pencil Trade Up
Starting with one simple pencil, the Convicted 4 Christ Trade-Up Challenge follows a journey of generosity, community, and connection as small acts of kindness grow into something meaningful that supports outreach throughout North County.

The Kingdom at the Table
Sharing a meal in the park has a way of slowing things down and reminding us that the Kingdom often shows up through presence and relationship.
The Lane We Are In
Some of the people we serve live far beyond the usual outreach routes, off the map and off the radar. This reflection shares why leading with respect, listening first, and restoring relationship is at the heart of our work.
Christmas at Mardi Gras- Where Hope can be found
This short story reminds us that for too many kids, Christmas morning happens in the front seat of a car, but it doesn’t have to stay that way. We’re stepping in to make sure every child wakes up to joy, wonder, and the Christmas they deserve.
A Grand Soiree
Let me take you back a bit. The Lucky Duck Foundation helped us launch and sustain our wound care unit.
A while back, Drew Mosher, Lucky Duck’s CEO, reached out and invited us to their annual fundraiser, the Showcase Soiree, their biggest
event of the year. He said he wanted to make up for the “inconvenience” of filming a video about Convicted 4 Christ Ministries. (Between you and me, the real inconvenience was probably for the poor editors who had to condense my nine and a half hours of rambling into ninety seconds.)
There’s God.
On a morning walk, I found myself choosing where to place my focus—on the darkness and danger along the path, or on the beauty and presence of God woven throughout. Even in challenging times, I’m learning to seek out the “There’s God” moments in my day.
